Replacement Filters

For typical household usage, our filters will last anywhere from 12-18 months. The machine tracks your usage and will let you know when they are coming to the end of their life, at which point you can get replacement filters directly from our website. No need to shop around, no need to be unsure about which ones work. We've got you covered. With that said, you can absolutely buy replacement filters from other reputable suppliers if you would prefer to.

Frequently asked questions

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

With typical household usage, the filters will only need to be replaced every 12-18 months. The machine has an indicator that predicts the lifecycle of each filter and will let you know when to replace one. The user manual also covers this in more detail.

How long is hydrogenated water good for?

In an open glass of water, 50% of the hydrogen will be left after about 5 to 8 hours. Within about 10 to 15 hours, most, if not all, of it will have dissipated into the air. In an enclosed bottle or jug with no air inside, the hydrogen can last for up to 10 days, although there will be some hydrogen loss every day.

Do I need to remineralise RO water?

It's essential for optimal body function, and our final cartridge remineralises the water in our machine. Remineralising your RO water can restore the essential elements lost during reverse osmosis filtration without adding impurities. Mineralised water contains major micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, and other trace minerals.

Is it better to drink tap water or reverse osmosis water?

Drinking reverse osmosis water exposes you to fewer contaminants than drinking unfiltered tap water. Reverse osmosis is effective at removing or reducing many common contaminants found in tap water, including pesticides, drug residues, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and heavy metals.

Can I wash my face with hydrogen water?

In the beauty field, hydrogen water is used externally for washing, as a mist for facial sprays, and internally as drinking water. This is due to its antioxidant benefits, as it neutralises free radicals that can contribute to accelerated aging.

Does hydrogen water affect sleep?

Hydrogen-rich water improves sleep consolidation and increases neuronal activation in sleep-related brain regions. It may serve as a simple, effective treatment to improve recovery after sleep loss.

Does hydrogen water help anxiety?

Daily administration of hydrogen-rich water for 4 weeks may contribute to the attenuation of and prevention from cumulative oxidative stress in the brain. Mood, anxiety, and autonomic nerve function could potentially be improved.

Does the Ayus Wellness machine come with a warranty?

Does the machine need to be plugged in to work?

Yes, the machine comes with a standard UK plug and will work in any regular house-hold plug socket. The machine does not feature a battery, so we recommend keeping it plugged in whilst in use regularly.
