Key Benefits

The therapeutic power of our Infrared and Red Light PEMF Therapy Mat is based on the principle of biomodulation. This is a stimulation of the body’s natural power to repair, restore and revitalise itself, thereby optimising its healthy, biological function. We have achieved this using the transformative energy of pulsed electromagnetic frequencies, red and infrared light therapy, FIR (long-form far-infrared), negative ions, heat, and crystal therapy to bring you an all-in-one therapeutic system. Whether you’re looking to recover, sleep better, increase your energy, detox, relieve stress or simply relax and recharge, our Infrared and Red Light PEMF Therapy Mat could be just the tool to help you achieve your goals.

Features

PEMF Therapy Mat Features Hotspot

Far infrared light therapy

Far infrared energy is known to improve mood and wellbeing, naturally supporting relaxation, allowing you to unwind and let go of stress.

The heated tourmaline layer within our mat emits a therapeutic, far infrared energy. This FIR energy is absorbed deep within the body and can improve blood circulation, detoxification, decrease pain and aid cellular repair12.

Near infrared light therapy

Near infrared light therapy provides restorative energy which enables your body to heal itself and return to optimal function.

Our purpose-designed LEDs produce an 850nm wavelength light which can aid healthy muscle and tissue function13. Reduced inflammation, muscle recovery and radiant skin are amongst some of its additional known benefits14.

Red light therapy

Red light therapy has powerful anti-aging effects, leading to a revitalised, youthful appearance.

The dual-core LEDs on our mats produce a 650nm wavelength red light which is absorbed by skin cells and supercharges their ability to process energy. This leads to cellular rejuvenation and increases collagen production, leading to tighter, firmer skin with less wrinkles and a glowing appearance15.

PEMF

PEMF therapy harnesses 15 powerful, natural frequencies to align and optimise your overall wellbeing!

The PEMF devices built into out mats emit a precise range of restorative frequencies (including the Schumann frequency), designed to optimise the natural healing potential of the body. You can choose from frequencies shown to improve sleep, immune function, repair and recovery, inflammation, energy levels and mental wellbeing16-22.

Heat

Heat therapy provides a gentle, low-EMF heat to improve blood circulation and relax tired muscles11.

You can benefit from the full spectrum of therapeutic heat with our mats. Choose a lower heat to soothe tired muscles, relieve back pain and decrease stress or select a higher heat to mimic the effects of a sauna; strengthening the immune system, improving sleep and enhancing detoxification!

Crystal healing

We have paired the healing and detoxifying effects of Amethyst and Tourmaline crystal therapy to maximise your whole-body recharge!

Tourmaline and Amethyst crystals have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic, Reiki and holistic wellbeing practices for their healing and detoxification powers. We have incorporated a layer of sustainably sourced crystals within our mats, that emit therapeutic energy wavelengths once heated23, to give you a truly restorative healing experience.

Negative ions

Negative ion therapy mimics the grounding benefits that we get from being in direct contact with the Earth, in particular we like the fact it can improve mood and enhance cognitive performance24,25.

The negative ion layer built into our mats produces a verifiable 12,500 negative ions per cubic centimetre. Negative ion therapy can help improve mood, sleep, immune function and increase metabolism26 and you can experience all these benefits from simply sitting or lying on your mat!

PEMF Frequencies

Hz Frequency Produced Potential wellness benefit
1 Could help reduce fatigue, aid bone repair and new formation of bone tissue, reduce muscle soreness after physical training and aid recovery from training.
2 Could stimulate neuron growth and nerve regeneration, promoting brain health.
3 3hz can help train the brain to enter a state of delta brainwave production (responsible for the deepest and most restorative sleep).
4 When used during the night, it could enhance sleep quality and decrease stress/depressive symptoms.
5 Could reduce inflammation, aid cartilage repair, reduce chronic lower back pain and stress.
6 May improve sexual dysfunction and reduce nerve pain/neuropathy.
7 Could decrease symptoms of migraines, menstrual pain and frozen shoulder.
7.8 7.8Hz is the Schumann resonance – the powerful healing effect of the Earth’s electromagnetic pulse which can optimise the brain’s function triggering the alpha/theta state inducing relaxation, it could also positively alter the serotonin/melatonin balance and decrease inflammation and osteoporosis.
10 Used in the evening before bedtime, 10Hz could help balance a disrupted circadian rhythm. 10Hz has also been shown to enhance neural tissue growth, so could aid brain health. It could also help reduce chronic lower back pain and other musculoskeletal pains.
11 Could decrease pain from muscle strains.
12 May reduce symptoms of respiratory disorders and asthma.
14 May reduce pain from wound healing and support ligament recovery.
16 Could reduce symptoms of sciatica and undiagnosed pain.
20 Could reduce hyperactivity, enhance circulation and improve blood pressure. It may also enhance recovery from bone fracture and aid mood improvement.
25 25Hz could aid immune system enhancement and lymphatic system function.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear when using the Infrared PEMF Mat? Anything you like! There are no recommendations or restrictions for clothing while using the mat. Just bear in mind that the infrared heat reaches up to 70 degrees Celsius, so you may prefer to wear something comfortable in between.

Typically, people use the mat twice a day for around 20 to 40 minutes. There's no issue with using it more frequently, as all the therapies are safe for extended use as long as you don't set the temperature too high. Some individuals even sleep on the PEMF, which is why we include a timer.

There are no known significant side effects associated with the therapy, nor are there any reports of problems linked to excessive exposure to the electromagnetic fields generated by the device. In fact, it's possible to treat specific conditions such as osteoporosis for up to 8 hours a day.

PEMF therapy doesn't treat medical conditions directly; instead, it enhances the body's own ability to heal itself naturally by replenishing the natural charge present in healthy cells. When your body is in good health, you sleep better, have more energy, and are less likely to experience pain and inflammation.

The time it takes to see sustained changes depends on the condition and type of intervention, typically around four weeks.
